Planning permission was obtained for the client’s physiotherapy practice to operate from safeguarded office space after a consultation from the client’s agent, Malcolm Stevens of Metroscape Ltd.
The council’s Planning and Rights of Way Panel was successfully persuaded to allow an exception to the usual policy stance to protect existing office space, owing to the small floorspace involved and similar employment levels provided.
