12-13 & 4-5 College Place Southampton

Representing a previous client, who had residentially converted offices at 12-13 College Place (Southampton City Council references 17/01134/PA56 [22.8.17] & 17/02590/FUL [19.3.18]) with ACHIEVE’s help to create 25 flats, prior approval was sought under the General Permitted Development Order to convert these other, former Solicitor Offices to 10 flats under reference 19/01096/PA56. This was granted 16.8.19, with consent added for rear roof alterations to form additional flat on 20.12.19 under reference 19/01567/FUL. A planning condition relating to noise insulation against traffic noise was also discharged for the client later on.
