An earlier consent at this address was re-visited, with the help of Metroscape Design Ltd preparing drawings, to add value to the project.  Essentially, the roofspace was developed to create a 4 bedroomed, chalet bungalow.  Care had to be taken on this backland site to ensure the new accommodation did not overlook its neighbours.  Amended plans needed to be submitted to substitute rooflight windows in place of front dormer windows that had originally been proposed.  Permission was granted.
